Do I need to be an Elks member to rent the Lodge?
Rental eligibility and sponsorship requirements may depend on the type of event. Contact the Lodge and we'll explain the options available.
Can we serve alcohol?
The Lodge has a full bar. Alcohol service is subject to Lodge policies, staffing requirements and applicable licensing regulations.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Catering and food-service arrangements can be discussed during the rental process. The Lodge includes a prep kitchen for approved use.
Are tables and chairs included?
Tables and chairs are available. Final quantities, layouts and setup requirements will be confirmed with your rental.
Do you provide linens?
Linens are available and may be incorporated into eligible rental packages.
Can we have music or a DJ?
The venue includes a dance floor and sound/audio capabilities. Entertainment arrangements are subject to Lodge policies.
How early can we arrive to decorate?
Setup and decorating time depends on the rental package and other scheduled Lodge activities.
Can we tour the venue before deciding?
Absolutely. Prospective renters are encouraged to schedule a tour and see the facility before reserving.
